Friday, June 17, 2005 @ 7:54:00 PM discovered a new meaning for AA today. interesting. and i thought it was only applicable to batteries. -smirks- civil defence course today. was sleeping during lecture with xiangling. then the kind meiling decided to massage me :) twas good. anw i wanna declare that they are really cheapo. like which test we sit for didnt have a question paper and everyone had to follow the questions flashed on the powerpoint? haix. all i saw were heads and heads and more heads. -.- took mrt back and on the way overheard some pretty interesting conversations. woman 1: woa! you know hanyupinyin very difficult to learn leh! my son learning in school now, thought i could learn with him but i cannot catch up! woman2: yah lor! i only know the some basics lor. those not commonly used ones dont know leh. woman3: -giggles- woman1: i test you ah, whats the han yu pin yin for qian2 (money)? woman2: -stares blankly at woman1- woman1: its CIAN! haha~ woman3: no! its Q.I.A.N! q! not c! woman1: not meh? then they continue to argue over whether it is cian or qian. haha nearly died listening to them. suddenly felt like im qualified to give tuition :) next friend: so you must eat chicken rice lah? girlfriend: hmm ya friend: then i tell you hor, the jurong point foodcourt's chicken rice VEH nice one! eat alr then you wont want to eat other stalls one alr! haha~ boyfriend: -.- girlfriend: -looking very enthusiastic- really ah?! friend: ya! go try! but hor, they dont have charsiew leh -disappointed look- only chicken no charsiew -sigh- girlfriend & boyfriend: -.- amusing. |
